Identifying the Parts

Power Supply

Mobile Lite is powered by rechargeable battery. The typical charging time is 4 hours. As the battery may not be 100% charged when you get your Mobile Lite, make sure to charge your Mobile Lite before the first use.

To Charge Mobile Lite, please place Mobile Lite into the Charging Cradle, making sure that the Charging Contact Plates (of both Mobile Lite and the cradle) are in contact with each other, and then connect the Charging Cradle to power supply (Refer to 3.2. Charging Mobile Lite of the Mobile Lite Installer Guide).

Hardware Installation

SIM Card Insertion

Step 1. Loosen the Cover Fixing Screws using a Philips screwdriver and remove the SIM Card Protective Cover.

Step 2. Insert SIM Card into Mobile Lite, the chip side of the SIM card should face the front side of Mobile Lite as you insert the card.

Step 3. Replace the Protective Cover and tighten the Protective Cover Fixing Screws using a Philips screwdriver.

Note:

Use a SIM card with correct size that can fit in the SIM card slot. If you don’t have the right SIM card size, please contact your service provider for a replacement of SIM card.

Do not insert a SIM card with a SIM card adapter or it will cause damage to the SIM card and its holder.

Please make sure that the SIM card PIN code is deactivated and all SMS messages removed before insertion.

Lanyard Attachment

Step 1.

Attach the lanyard to the Mobile Lite unit by looping the lanyard strap through the lanyard holes on the Mobile Lite unit, and then pulling the strap through until it is tight.

Step 2.

Lock the release buckle by inserting the male part into the female part until you hear a click sound.

Step 3. Put the lanyard around the neck of the user.
